I grew up in Canberra, built this business from the ground up, and now coach clients all over Australia from the Gold Coast.
My journey started far from the gym floor, working as a bathroom tiler, grinding through long days in a job that left me drained. But the gym was always my outlet. From football as a kid to lifting in his teens, training was where I felt alive.
Helping mates with their programs turned into real results, word spread, and Shields Fit was born.
Now, I bring structure, discipline, and high-performance programming to clients who want more than guesswork. My coaching is direct, supportive, and built to keep you progressing no matter your starting point.
